Website: https://globaltradingam.com

Your contractual partner and the seller responsible for your order is KONIG TRADE EOOD, referred to below as “we”, “us” or “our”.

1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through https://globaltradingam.com.

A consumer is an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, as determined by applicable law.

If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

For business purchases, these terms apply together with our B2B and Quotation Terms. Expressly agreed business quotation terms and specific B2B provisions take precedence on the matters they regulate, to the extent permitted by law. They do not reduce the rights of a customer acting as a consumer.

The linked payment, delivery, returns and warranty policies provide further details on the relevant parts of your purchase. They do not override mandatory law or terms expressly agreed with you.

2. Products and availability

Product pages describe the goods, including their product type, colour, compatibility and identifying references where applicable. Products are identified as original, compatible or remanufactured, as appropriate.

Please check your printer model and the product designation before ordering. This does not limit our responsibility for accurate descriptions or for supplying goods that conform to the contract.

Availability may change before we accept your order. If we cannot accept it, we will notify you and refund any payment as described in section 4.

If a supply problem arises after acceptance, we will inform you promptly and provide the remedies required by applicable law. A supply problem does not remove your rights under the concluded contract.

We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your express agreement.

3. Prices, taxes and delivery charges

Consumer product prices are displayed in EUR and include any applicable VAT. VAT is not added to the displayed product price at checkout.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately. The total amount payable is displayed before you place your order with an obligation to pay.

For destinations offered at checkout, we arrange any required import customs clearance and cover the associated customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. These costs will not be charged to you in addition to the total shown at checkout.

If a carrier or customs authority requests payment of such charges, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the matter.

See Shipping & Delivery.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Placing your order

You select the goods, add them to your basket, enter your delivery and contact details, and select an available delivery and payment method.

Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your details and review the goods, total charges and applicable terms.

The final order button clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. By submitting your order, you make an offer to purchase the selected goods from us.

Payment and acknowledgement

Payment is collected through the payment service provider identified at checkout and may be collected before we accept your order.

After your payment has been verified, we send an email entitled Order Received — Awaiting Confirmation.

This email acknowledges receipt of your order and payment. It is not acceptance of your offer. Neither this acknowledgement nor payment collection alone concludes the sales contract.

Review and acceptance

We review whether we can supply and deliver your order, normally within two business days after verified payment. If the review takes longer, we will inform you. You remain free to cancel a pending order under section 5.

We accept your order by sending a separate email entitled Order Confirmed. The sales contract is concluded when this acceptance email reaches you at the email address you provided. You do not have to reply to the email for the acceptance to take effect.

The confirmation identifies the accepted goods, price and delivery charges. We provide the sales contract as a PDF, together with the applicable terms and legally required information, including withdrawal information where applicable, in a form you can retain.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders we cannot accept

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid without undue delay, without a cancellation or refund fee.

If payment has only been authorised and not collected, we will arrange for the authorisation to be released instead.

5. Cancellation before acceptance

You may cancel a pending order free of charge before our Order Confirmed acceptance email reaches you.

Email support@globaltradingam.com with your order number or other information allowing us to identify the order. A cancellation received by us before our acceptance reaches you will be honoured.

If payment has already been collected, we will refund it in full without undue delay using the original payment method. We do not charge a cancellation or refund fee.

After the contract is concluded, any applicable statutory right of withdrawal remains available and may also be exercised before delivery. See section 8 and Returns & Refunds.

6. Payment and invoices

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are collected for KONIG TRADE EOOD through the payment service provider identified there.

Never send card details by email.

A payment receipt is separate from order acceptance, the sales contract and the official sales invoice.

Official sales invoices are issued in the name of KONIG TRADE EOOD and made available electronically. Once an invoice has been issued and uploaded, it can be accessed through our Orders & Returns portal.

See Payment Terms.

7. Delivery

We deliver only to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are displayed before you pay.

The estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the conclusion of the contract, which occurs when our Order Confirmed acceptance email reaches you, unless a different delivery time was clearly stated before you ordered. The order review period in section 4 is separate from this estimated delivery period.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed dates. They do not exclude our delivery obligations or your rights if delivery is late or fails.

Orders may be dispatched through logistics and distribution partners from different locations and may arrive in several parcels. We do not charge additional delivery fees because we split an order into separate shipments.

For deliveries arranged by us or partners fulfilling your order on our behalf, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Where applicable EU consumer delivery rules apply, goods must be delivered without undue delay and, unless another delivery time has been agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If we miss the agreed or applicable statutory delivery deadline, you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and terminate the contract if we fail to deliver within that period. An additional period is not required where the law permits immediate termination, including where we refuse delivery or an agreed delivery deadline was essential.

Following a lawful termination for non-delivery, we refund all sums paid under the terminated contract without undue delay. You do not have to wait for our investigation with a carrier to finish before exercising a right that has become available.

See Shipping & Delivery for further details.

8. Withdrawal and returns for consumers

If your purchase is covered by a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise that right without giving a reason.

Under the applicable EU consumer withdrawal rules, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

For several goods purchased in one order and delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last good. For a product delivered in several lots or pieces, it runs from receipt of the last lot or piece.

You can exercise your right by:

The model form is optional. You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. A valid withdrawal does not require our approval.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods, you must send them back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Sending them within that period is sufficient.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct return cost to our return address in Belgium, provided we informed you of this responsibility before you ordered.

For withdrawal from the whole contract, we refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you expressly selected.

Reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them back or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Opening packaging to inspect the goods does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. Any liability for diminished value or statutory exception is subject to its legal conditions.

See Returns & Refunds for the return address and full arrangements, including partial returns. Longer statutory periods and other mandatory protections remain unaffected.

9. Non-conforming goods and legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract under the law applicable to their purchase.

Under applicable EU consumer sales rules, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within the applicable statutory period, generally at least two years from delivery. Longer periods, legally required extensions and more favourable mandatory national protections remain unaffected.

These rights are separate from any manufacturer's or other commercial guarantee. A commercial guarantee does not replace or reduce your rights against us.

For consumable products, the legal conformity guarantee is not a promise that the product will last two years regardless of use. Normal depletion does not by itself establish a defect. This does not exclude claims concerning faulty goods, insufficient filling, inaccurate capacity claims or other non-conformity.

Report defective, damaged or incorrect goods, or missing parts, to support@globaltradingam.com. Include your order number or other identifying information and describe the issue. Photographs may help but are not a condition of your rights.

We provide repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as required by law and subject to the conditions for each remedy. Remedies that must legally be provided free of charge will be provided without charge, including necessary return costs.

You do not have to pursue a supplier or manufacturer instead of contacting us. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal period.

See Warranty & Complaints.

10. Business customers and quotations

Requesting a quotation does not itself place an order or conclude a contract.

Business purchases through quotations are governed by the acceptance procedure and terms stated in the quotation, together with the applicable B2B and Quotation Terms.

Receiving or accepting a quotation does not itself remove consumer rights. Customer status depends on the purpose of the purchase and applicable law.

11. Contract language, records and personal data

Orders may be placed in English, German or French through the corresponding language version of the website. The language used for your order is used for the associated contractual documents and communications, without prejudice to mandatory language requirements.

You can save or print these terms. We retain a record of your order and the applicable contractual version and provide your contract documentation electronically. If you need another copy, contact support@globaltradingam.com.

The version provided for your order applies to that purchase. Later website updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract without a lawful basis or your agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

12. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

Please send complaints to support@globaltradingam.com. You may also contact us by telephone or write to our registered office stated above.

Provide your order number or other identifying information and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and respond.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may seek assistance from the competent General Conciliation Commission administered by the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP), subject to its jurisdiction and procedural rules.

Information about the commissions and how to apply is available on the KZP website.

Where required by law, we will provide information about the relevant alternative dispute resolution body on a durable medium, such as email, and state whether we will participate in the procedure.

Participation in a voluntary procedure depends on the applicable rules and any agreement to participate. This does not affect any legal obligation to participate.

You remain entitled to bring a claim before the competent courts. Nothing in these terms requires you to accept binding arbitration or give up mandatory rights.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and the sales contract are governed by Bulgarian law to the extent legally permitted.

For consumers, this choice does not remove protections provided by mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without that choice, including the law of the country of habitual residence where applicable.

Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer's mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction or access to the competent courts.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, mandatory law applies in its place. The remaining provisions continue to apply insofar as the contract can lawfully continue.
