Withdrawal Form and Information

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from a consumer sales contract for which a right of withdrawal applies.

Using this form is optional. You may instead send any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason, and a valid withdrawal does not require our approval.

1. How to send your withdrawal

You can notify us:

• By email to support@globaltradingam.com.
• By post to KONIG TRADE EOOD, trading as AM Global Trading, 157 Georgi S. Rakovski Blvd., Floor 3, Apt. 8, Sredets, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Through our online withdrawal function.

You meet the withdrawal deadline if you send your statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You may also exercise an applicable right of withdrawal before receiving the goods.

We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay. If you use our online withdrawal function, we will send an email acknowledgement containing your statement and the date and time of submission.

This address is for returning products. It is separate from the postal address for withdrawal notices shown above.

Sending a withdrawal statement and returning the goods are separate steps. You do not need to wait for our acknowledgement before exercising your right or complying with the applicable return deadline.
